Descriptions of the  Homes:

A Southern Style Home with Casual Charm

Ken and Missy designed and built their two-story dream home in 2018. As long- time residents of Ransom Canyon, they wanted their new home to be in the Canyon as well! It is a warm and welcoming home, decorated with multiple trees and Christmas decor. Everything you see reflex's special memories, family, friends and the true reason for celebrating Christmas, our Savior. Please join the Smith's this Holiday Season!

Culberson's Canyon Home

John and I visited Lubbock in 2008, and when he saw Ransom Canyon he said, "I could live here." In 2014, after living in Houston and raising 5 kids, John and I were looking to move to a more relaxing environment. Out of the blue, Texas Tech contacted him and our decision was make! We knew where we wanted to be, and when he saw this house he knew that I would love it immediately. I walked in and instantly envisioned our home. A Ranch Style with open concept, beautiful views, inviting, with plenty of room for 5 grown kids, spouses and grandkids (still waiting for those)!

Our Christmas decor is tradition but simple, consisting mostly of greenery, lights and a small Santa collection. We enjoy living where the Blessings of Christmas can be seen, not only during the Christmas season, but year around.

Christmas in a Spanish Colonial Hacienda

Our home is festively decorated with locally sourced materials, depicting times past as well as current adaptations. A few nativity scenes (creches) from around the world are on display. This Spanish Colonial Hacienda is picturesquely located on Brookhollow Creek, the outflow of a natural spring know as Pig Squeal Spring, a few hundred yards for the North canyon wall. In 2017, Spanish Colonial gates and garage doors were added to this stucco retreat. The elegant stucco entrance was designed by architect, Summer Sutton, who was recently featured in Architectural Digest. The Sutton family welcomes you to their home for this Christmas celebration.

A Kringle Christmas!

Our home is dressed up for Christmas inside and out! Living here for only a short time, we are enjoying being a part of the Christmas festivities her in Ransom Canyon! We hope that you will be inspired by the Christmas designs in each room ranging from elegant, to traditional, to country. We invite you to experience the spirit of Christmas at the Kringle's!
